 There are many performances currently being planned for. As plans finalize all of 
the specific dates for performances and presentations will be posted. Scroll down to

All year long in 2007, every Monday (except the first Monday of every month as well 
as the entire month of July)

Julane plays for Scandinavian dancers.  The public is welcome to attend for dancing, 
and musicians are welcome to bring instruments and play along!

Welcome to Julian, an 1890s mining town, for a weekend of Scandinavian music, dancing,
and fun!  Julane will teach and perform Hardanger fiddle music.  Along with Julane,
fiddlers from Sweden will teach Swedish traditions.  Fiddlers from Sweden are: Bengt Jonsson, 
Lars Fredriksson, and Kesti Jobs Roos.

Julane will be one of three judges for this event, which features 
fiddlers of all ages.

Want to learn how to play the Norwegian Hardanger fiddle?  There is no better place to 
do that than at these workshops that are held annually by H.F.A.A.  Julane will be
helping with various aspects of the workshops, as well as playing for dancing.
There will be many teachers, both American and Norwegian.  Norwegian teachers of 
will be: Monika Antun (Hardanger fiddle), and Torleiv and Marit Løyland (dancing and
jaw harp).  American Hardanger fiddle teachers will be: Karin Løberg Code, Sarah Nagell, 
Karen Solgård, Toby Weinberg.  American dance teachers will be: Bruce Emery, and Mary 
Hegge.  There will also be lessons available for song and willow bark flute.  See the H.F.A.A.
